A Data-Driven Approach

We’ve transitioned to a full-fledged quality department with dedicated personnel and detailed performance metrics. Our updated systems now capture real-time data, such as return rates measured in both revenue dollars and parts, tracking total parts shipped versus parts returned to help our dedicated team drive continuous improvement.

Exceptional Audit Performance

Our enhanced quality processes recently underwent rigorous evaluation by one of our major medical foam customers. In the audit assessing eight critical service and production areas, Keystone Foam achieved a score of 178 out of 183—a 97.3% performance rating. This result places us well above the industry benchmark of 95% for outstanding quality system performance — a clear indication that our investments in quality control are paying off.

Dedicated Quality Team

Keystone’s commitment to quality is also now supported by a dedicated team of three quality control professionals, including our new Quality Manager, Melissa Miller. They work tirelessly to implement robust processes and ensure that every step of our foam fabrication meets the highest standards.
